Additional materials:

    • Mold release
    • Dried decorative seaweed
    • Dry and sealed wood
    • Underwater style figures
    • Tweezers
    • Table legs

How to make

Step 1

Firstly, spray the mold with release agent, please make sure each corner is sprayed evenly. Then place the sealed wood into the mould and decorate it with as much seaweed as you want, the colour scheme can be a mixture of shades. Apply our bonding UV resin and place it under a UV light.

Step 2

Pour 16oz PartA first then 8oz PartB, so we got 24oz resin for this cup. It's mixing time, the working time of this mixing cup was 60 seconds at a time, I used it twice so it will be mixed more evenly. Add 3 drops of blue ink for each cup. And let them mix for 60 seconds.

Step 3

Pour 3 cups of resin into the mold for the first layer and wait 72 hours for it to cure, then you can move to the next step. The first layer is cured. It looks great and then we can trace some little fishes on it with the black acrylic paint marker. You can get the marker in our store.

Step 4

After painting, I applied a coat of UV bonding resin to the surface, fixed the diver and devilfish figures on it, and then exposed it to a UV light for about 60 seconds to dry.

Step 5

Then the second layer was applied and the painting showed a school of rays and divers swimming freely in the sea. The third layer of resin was not coloured, just covered with clear well-mixed resin.

Step 6

When the whole shape is cured, we can pull the two sides of mold apart with force and the side of table will be separated from the mold. Then we turned the table mold over onto the floor and stepped on it from all six corners of the mold. Then take it back to the table and use a support bar to cock one of the sides.

Step 7

If your project is just a thin layer, tap it with a hammer and the finished project will come off. Finally, attach the legs and the table is ready for use.

Everything is done, and you can put it anywhere in your home. It's good to enjoy a cup of coffee or read a book here.
